Long story short, Carson wouldnt let Kaytlyn take ELP classes because there wasnt enough room because they put the AVID kids(kids who cant afford to go to college and will be the first one in their family to go) in with the ELP kids, so my mom wasnt about to have my really smart but not outside of the box thinker of a sister be put into the classes with the stupid kids. Stapley doesnt have AVID so they would allow her to be in the advanced classes.
